Centro Urbano Presidente Alemán, a landmark modernist housing complex located at Av. Coyoacán 1435 in the Del Valle neighborhood. Built in 1949 and designed by architect Mario Pani, it was Latin America's first multi-family residential complex and a pioneer in social housing.
